Quim Carpio is a young magician, actor and comedian with more than ten years of experience in the entertainment industry. His artistic career combines acting, comedy, magic and stage creation, developing a distinctive style that connects with audiences of all ages.
He graduated in Performing Arts from ERAM University School of the Arts – UdG and has complemented his education with specialized training in acting, singing, vocal techniques and clown performance. His training includes a Clown Masterclass with Marcel Tomàs (2023), on-camera acting studies with Melina Pereyra and Maria Pau Pigem (2023), an annual course in singing and vocal techniques with Begoña Alberdi and Nunu Gracia (2022), and a year of training at the Mag Lari School (2019).
In theatre, he has appeared in productions such as The Good Person of Szechwan (2021), performed at Teatre El Canal, where he portrayed both the Carpenter and the Priest. He also participated in the musical theatre production To End with the Masterpieces (2022), staged at Teatre de Salt. In 2024, he premiered 100 kg of Magic, a theatrical magic show starring and created by himself, further establishing his career as both performer and creator.
His audiovisual experience includes appearances in productions such as The Predator and Its Prey (2024), a short film directed by Rodrigo Ravelo; Plastic Footprints (2023), an advertising project directed by Júlia Aleu; and the pilot episode of the web series We Graduate (2023), directed by David Giménez. He also appeared in Esquetxes, Catalan Comedy(2023-2024), a comedy series consisting of eight sketches written by Marc Rovira.
In addition, he has worked as a voice actor, providing the lead character’s voice for The Black Forest Escape Room(2022). Alongside his performance career, he has been involved in stage design projects, including the scenography for Andorra (2024), a production premiered at the National Theatre of Catalonia.
His artistic profile is defined by versatility and a unique ability to combine acting, humour, magic and stage communication, establishing himself as a multidisciplinary performer and creator with a growing presence in both live performance and audiovisual productions.
