Who is responsible for processing your personal data? FUNDACIÓ PRIVADA JOAN BOSCH is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data processing and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
What do we process your personal data for and why do we do it? Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

- To respond to inquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods available on the controller’s website (based on the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To perform statistical analysis and market research (based on the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How long will we keep your personal data? Data will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or as long as legal obligations require their retention. Once no longer needed, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or complete destruction of the data.
Who do we share your personal data with? No personal data will be shared with third parties unless necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, including our communication service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights? The USER has the following rights:

- Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, as well as restriction or objection to its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user
Users, through the corresponding checkboxes and by entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to respond to their request by the provider, and that the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet their needs.
Security measures
The CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of current personal data protection regulations, including GDPR and LOPDGDD, in relation to the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and specifically with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring that data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and that it is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with appropriate information so they can exercise those rights.
