Graduated in Performing Arts at ERAM University School – UdG, Pau Caselles Bolufer (Xàbia, 1998) is a stage producer and distributor. His career is developed within production, cultural management, and contemporary performing arts.
Alongside his studies at ERAM, he trained as a performing arts producer through the Catalan Network of Performing Arts Production Professionals and later completed a Postgraduate Degree in Management and Production of Shows and Festivals at the University of Barcelona.
His professional experience began as a production assistant at Girona en Moviment, a dance charity festival directed by David Rodríguez, taking part in several editions (2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023). He has also worked as a production assistant on the performance Una tontería muy Brossa (MACBA, directed by Judit Vidiella) and at the Barcelona independent film festival L’Alternativa. Additionally, he has worked as front-of-house staff at Bitò.
He later worked as assistant to the executive director and production assistant at Ballet de Barcelona.
He is currently a producer at La Caldera Barcelona, a contemporary dance and performing arts creation center, and is part of Col·lectiu Desasosiego, where he participates in the production and distribution of artistic projects. With the collective, he has been involved in works such as Un segon sota la sorra, a piece exploring time and memory, and Breu visita a la Gola del Llop, a collective creation focused on fear and imagination.
He also works as a model at FIFTH Management, taking part in fashion campaigns and audiovisual production projects, combining this activity with his work in the performing and creative arts field.
