Graduated in Audiovisual Communication and Multimedia from ERAM School of Arts – UdG, Mateu Puntí develops his professional career in the fields of cinematography and audiovisual creation. His practice focuses on visual storytelling through image-making, working across advertising, music videos, fashion, and branded content, with an approach defined by observation, attention to detail, and cinematic sensitivity.
From an early age, he developed a strong interest in audiovisual language and cameras, a passion that led him to specialize in cinematography and build a career across a wide range of creative projects.
His professional work spans advertising productions for leading brands and institutions, collaborating on projects for Nike, CaixaBank, and Royal Enfield, among others. Among his most notable and recent works is the launch campaign for Atlético de Madrid’s away kit for Nike.
Alongside his commercial work, he has also been active within the music industry, serving as Director of Photography for music videos and audiovisual pieces featuring contemporary artists. His portfolio includes projects for Lit Killah, Nicki Nicole, Quevedo, Soge Culebra, and Serko, contributing to the visual development of musical narratives through a distinctive aesthetic and a strong focus on light, movement, and atmosphere.
He is currently based in Barcelona, where he combines commercial productions, music videos, and projects related to the fashion industry.
