Maria Garcia, ERAM teacher, presents a piece at the TNT Festival

On 25 September, ERAM lecturer Maria Garcia Vera will present La Via Làctea at the TNT Festival in Terrassa, a production in which she takes on the roles of playwright, director and performer. The project also features ERAM lecturer Juan Miranda, who accompanies Maria throughout the development of the piece.

The TNT Festival (Terrassa Noves Tendències) is a space dedicated to contemporary performing arts and the transformation of new forms of artistic expression. The festival is committed to innovative, transdisciplinary and experimental productions that reflect on current issues. Throughout the week-long festival, the city becomes a meeting point for artists and audiences, offering experiences that break away from everyday life and create spaces for discussion, experimentation and celebration.

This is not the first time Maria Garcia has participated in the TNT Festival. In 2025, she premiered the second part of Les Chevaliers there with the company Los Detectives, further strengthening her connection with a festival particularly focused on contemporary performing arts and experimentation.

This year, Maria presents a personal, intelligent and unclassifiable piece, filled with improbable connections and attempts to find a path, whether magical, telepathic or extracorporeal that can free us from drifting.

The performance is free and will take place at 7 p.m. at El Vapor de Prodis.
