From the classroom to the market: ERAM students develop a campaign for TACTIC
Students from the Marketing course in the Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia Communication have worked on a real-world project for the Custom line of TACTIC, a leading brand in technical cycling apparel. Two of the proposals presented were selected and acquired by the brand.
The challenge was to analyse the essence of the brand and develop a strategic campaign for its Custom line, using the TACTIC CREW KIT project as a starting point. The students worked through a process combining analysis, strategy and creativity, with the level of demand expected from a professional brief.
The project culminated in a presentation to the TACTIC team, where the different groups presented and defended their proposals and received direct feedback from the brand’s professionals. In this way, the experience went beyond the academic setting and allowed students to put the knowledge they had acquired into practice in a real business context.
The outcome was particularly significant: TACTIC selected and acquired two of the proposals developed in the classroom to turn them into real projects.
We would especially like to congratulate Ona Fernández, Júlia Llovera, Marina Bisbe and Patrícia Pérez Capitán, the authors of the selected proposals, for their work, creativity and ability to transform an academic proposal into a project with professional application.
Initiatives like this allow students to take on real-world challenges, gain first-hand insight into professional practices and see how ideas developed in the classroom can also make their way into the market.
