Graduated in Performing Arts and Acting from ERAM University School in Girona, Aina Minguell Bosch is a Catalan actress, creator, and dancer. Her artistic career moves between physical theatre, performance, and contemporary creation, with a scenic approach deeply connected to the body, memory, and closeness to the audience.
Her beginnings on stage took place at the Municipal Theatre School of Lleida, where she was a member of the youth company LaInestable 21 for four years. Since then, she has participated in festivals and stage productions across Spain, working with creators such as Xicu Masó and taking part in projects presented at FiraTàrrega, Sala La Planeta, and Barcelona Districte Cultural. She has also collaborated with companies and initiatives such as Big Bouncers, NILAK, LaSubita, and Si Los Martes Fueran Viernes.
She is co-founder of the company Les Espectadoras, with which she created Tribute to Rats, her first stage piece. The work portrays the relationship between two grandmothers pushed aside by society and sheltered within a decadent, tender, and poetic universe, reflecting on loneliness, survival, and the need to keep celebrating life even amid precarity. The project has been featured in several contemporary creation spaces and was recently published in book format by Ediciones Mutis, further consolidating the company’s dramaturgical work.
Alongside this, she has worked as a stage manager and assistant director in several contemporary creation projects, including Les Restes, an object theatre and historical memory piece directed by Marta Bosch Llorach, where she participated as assistant director.
In the audiovisual field, she is part of Les Culpables, a feature film currently in development directed by Marta Duran Lozano and produced by Boogaloo Films. The project addresses teenage abortion through real testimonies, with the aim of generating a more empathetic perspective on this shared experience.
She is currently involved in several contemporary performing arts projects as an actress, creator, and assistant director.
