Success of the first “Connect to Internships” day
This Wednesday, November 26, ERAM held the first edition of the “Connect to Internships” day, a morning session aimed at guiding students about curricular internship opportunities and their value in the transition to the professional world.
The activity, primarily addressed to fourth-year students, though also open to third-year students, featured the participation of several prominent companies from the Girona region. Representatives from these organisations presented their vacancies, explained current sector needs, and shared tips to successfully approach the internship period.
Helena Rodríguez Muñoz, from the Talent Jove programme, and Núria Sallés, from the Audiovisual Department at HIPRA; Irene Ponsatí Mitjà, CEO of Brava Marketing; Jordi Murillo, coordinator of the Collective of Circus Professionals of Girona; Guillem Saló Ministral, Head of Press and Communication at Hospital Trueta; Dolors Bosch, Head of Communication and CSR at Integrated Health Services Baix Empordà (SSIBE); and the Head of Communication at the Salt City Council, Dani Vilà.
The event aimed to bring students closer to real professional environments, provide spaces for direct interaction with professionals, and answer questions regarding requirements, processes, and future opportunities. The participating companies were selected based on criteria of quality and educational commitment, with the intention of offering valuable experiences and real possibilities for job placement.
With this first edition, ERAM reinforces its commitment to professional guidance and student support. The high level of participation clearly demonstrated the need for events like this, which the school plans to strengthen and expand in future editions.
