The University School of Arts ERAM launches “INNPACT!”, an Erasmus+ Project for Collaborative Community Transformation
The University School of Arts ERAM is proud to announce the launch of the new European project INNPACT! Innovative Participatory Actions for Collaborative Transformation.
This initiative, framed within the Erasmus+ Programme (Small-scale Partnerships in Adult Education – KA210-ADU), will run for eighteen months, starting on October 1, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2027.
Strategic Vision and Key Objectives
The main goal of INNPACT! is to provide practical and high-quality training for adults, empowering them to become active change agents in their communities by addressing local challenges through collaborative innovation and civic participation.
The project focuses on three specific objectives:
- Promote Collaborative Innovation and Community Inclusion: Foster a culture of co-creation where local associations, communities, and key stakeholders develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Equip Participants with Practical Skills: Provide essential competencies such as critical thinking and teamwork through hands-on workshops and Living Lab experiences.
- Develop Reusable Resources (Toolbox): Create a set of practical tools and good practice guides that can be replicated in other European contexts, ensuring the project’s long-term sustainability and impact.
Transnational Collaboration and Expected Results
INNPACT! brings together a transnational consortium with complementary expertise, coordinated by ERAM, with the participation of other key partners:
Ustanova za obrazovanje odraslih Dante (Croatia) and Irish Seaweed Consultancy (Ireland).
The main activities include Mapping & Stakeholder Engagement, ensuring that solutions reflect the real needs of the community, as well as the Development of the Toolbox and Compilation of Best Practices.
The main outcome, the Toolbox, will be an open-access digital resource available in several languages to maximize its replicability and impact across Europe.
In addition, final dissemination events will be organized to share results and promote future collaboration.
This project is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
