End of degree project

DESCRIPTION

This project inquires about fiction books as a tool to promote mental health wellbeing, proving through research the importance of educating on coping strategies during the school years as a key method to prevent emotional disorders.

It presents children’s literature as a valid tool for working on emotional development, to then design learning material that would comprise an educational activity for Middle School students. Said activity introduces the importance of reading and presents three books with their corresponding worksheets that regard emotion management from a constructivist point of view.
