DESCRIPTION

The life of the population of the small American town of Grover’s Corners takes place just like anywhere else in the world: they are born, grow up, fall in love, get married and die. The apparent simplicity of his experience becomes a song to small everyday events and an overwhelming reflection on the consciousness of living. With this text, Thornton Wilder builds a choral work and over time, awarded with the Pulitzer Theater Prize in 1938.
